We haven't seen further evidence of this issue. Further work will be undertaken to identify whether a group of events can cause this condition, and how to mitigate that. Please let support@spiceworks.com know if you are seeing error pages/messages or excessively slow page load in Cloud Help Desk.

We are investigating reports of intermittent error pages and general performance degradation affecting the Cloud Help Desk.
Our engineering and DevOps teams are actively determining the root cause and the extent of the impact. Updates will be made here as soon as we have them.
