Starting at approximately [22:30 PM CST] on Monday, [October 19, 2026], we will migrate www.spiceworks.com to a new hosting platform. We expect the maintenance to last up to [one (1) hour], concluding no later than [23:30 PM CST].

Spiceworks Maintenance on Saturday, October 24, 2026 - Cloud Help Desk, Inventory, Connectivity Dashboard, Daily Challenge and User Login Oct 24, 2026 07:00-09:00 CDT
Starting at approximately 07:00 AM CDT (12:00 UTC) on Saturday, October 24, 2026, we will perform scheduled maintenance on Spiceworks infrastructure. We expect the maintenance to last up to two (2) hours, concluding no later than 09:00 AM CDT (14:00 UTC).
* Impacted Applications
- Cloud Help Desk Downtime:
The entire CHD application and user portal will be completely down and unavailable during this maintenance period.
- Email Queuing: Inbound emails will not be lost; they will be safely queued while the system is offline.
- Ticket Creation: Once the maintenance is complete and the application is back online, all queued emails will be processed. Tickets will be created at that time, and automated notification emails will begin delivering shortly thereafter.
- Data Safety: No existing data will be lost during this infrastructure update.
Inventory Online & Connectivity Dashboard
- Both Inventory Online and the Connectivity Dashboard will be completely down and unavailable during this maintenance period.
- Daily Challenge:
The Daily Challenge leaderboards and stats will be unavailable. No streaks will be lost, as Daily Challenge questions are not set on weekends.
- Login & Signups for all applications, including Community
Both login and registration for all applications will be unavailable.

The Community will remain available, and logged-in users will continue to be able to post and interact during this maintenance window.
