Resolved - Some image URLs served to Desktop (Help Desk & Inventory) apps via Community API are no longer returning the expected device “icon” images.

We have released a fix to the Community to stop serving the invalidated URLs, and released an automatic cache dump for the image URLs stored in affected Desktop apps.

In addition we provided a manual patch script for the Desktop app to wipe the image icon cache. For more information see the Desktop app Release Notes.

Resolved - We have continued monitoring over the past 90 minutes and are no longer seeing email delays or delivery issues.

Monitoring - We've implemented a fix and email is flowing - we will continue monitoring for the next few hours. There was an issue with our edge provider blocking inbound mail requests and we have circumvented.

Investigating - There are multiple reports of inbound email delivery issues (ticket creation and updates via email). We are actively investigating the issue and we'll provide updates as available.

Scheduled - During the maintenance window we'll be performing some backend maintenance that may result in slower than normal email delivery. Emails won't be lost, but you may see delays of up to 30 min. before new tickets/comments appear in the Help Desk.
