The Premium Plan for Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk is officially live as of July 1, 2025.
As part of this change, organizations with six (6) or more active employees are required to upgrade to the Premium Plan. If your team exceeds this limit and has not yet upgraded, you will experience restricted access.
