Starting at approximately 5 PM CT (10 PM UTC) on May 31st, we will be performing maintenance on the Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk (CHD). Due to this, we are anticipating a downtime of up to one (1) hour.
While CHD may be inaccessible during this maintenance period, no data will be lost, and inbound emails will continue to process after the maintenance has concluded.
This maintenance is to move everyone over to the latest version of the Responsive Ticket View. If you need to revert to the older ticket view, you can still do so. If you do switch back, please let us know why so we can have the context and can better plan for future improvements.
