Starting at approximately 7 PM CDT (12 AM GMT/UTC), we will be doing maintenance on the Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk. During this time, we will be upgrading a major backend service. Due to that, we are anticipating a downtime of up to 6 hours.
During this maintenance window, the Cloud Help Desk will be inaccessible but no data will be lost. Inbound emails will queue up and be processed following the outage.
